The Pastoral Relations committee serves as a liaison between the Pastor and the congregation. 

Key activities: 
• Handles the annual evaluation of the Pastor 
• Serves as a forum for issues and concerns raised by the Pastor 
• Serves as a forum for issues and concerns raised by the congregation 
• Defines and updates the job description for the Pastor 
• Interviews nine people from the congregation annually 
• Prepares an annual report to the Diaconate Board 

Meetings: 
The committee meets monthly.
